Be honest...on your list of priorities, where does exercise fall?

Is it even on your list? You're probably saying you are too busy and have limited time with everything that is going on. If you are waiting for your routine to “ease up”, the weather to get warmer (or colder) you will only let yourself down.

Yes: as a yummy mummy your day is probably busier than most. But everyone is busy to a greater or lesser extent. It comes down to a matter of priorities.

Reality check:  You can't afford not to get regular exercise. The truth is, there's never a right time to get moving. It's now or never, so read on to find out how to make exercise a reality.

If you aren't able to get to a fitness centre or the weather is keeping you indoors (and in the unlikely event that your children are unwell!) it is possible to exercise at home.
