It starts out innocently enough. You want more than baby talk and talk of children. You could do with more income for the family and household to keep it's current lifestyle but you're not ready, willing or able to put the children into day care.
The answer seems obvious. You start a business based from home. It's the best of both worlds - income and the kids. Besides, you love the idea of being an entrepreneur!
But things haven't gone as planned.
After a few months the shine has started to wear off. You knew you were going to need to work hard, just not this hard! You thought the profit would be a little better by now - whether things are selling well, or not selling so well, the money left over at the end of the month is just not enough.
The thought of giving it all up is tempting, but you've put your heart and soul into this. You're not ready to admit defeat yet. Besides, you love what your doing, and you know it can work. If only you had more time... and maybe had a few more ideas about what to do next.
